My bankroll is now about $200 even online. I'm going to start using cash game strategies to better manage my bankroll. I'm going to use only 5% of my bankroll in a cash game and play 4 at a time.

Good luck on building your poker bankroll. You might want to consider single table sit and go's during the early stages on building your bankroll. The variance is much lower on these types of tournaments.
